It says "Your application is rejected for being incomplete."

Specifically, your application does not include the following elements: - Police Certificate:

o The Police certificate from IRAN that you provided with your application is not acceptable as you did not provide the original. I had the original translation with ministry of foreign affairs verified and jurisdiction stamps. What's going on????

Is thet "real" PCC issued in Farsi and did you send them a scan of an English translation of the document?

Perhaps they expected the original document along with a translation?

In Iran, they do translation and they do attach the "copy confirms to original". I uploaded this.

But do they also give you the original? In either case I'd suggest you find a way to send that in to them if you have it. Otherwise, you have to contact them and tell them that you could only get the translation. Keep in mind, I'm sure these folks see dozens of Iranian PCCs, so they should know what you can and can't provide.

Yes, they do give me the original. But since the translation had "copy confirms to original" I thought it is enough. In any case, why would they reject the profile for this? Couldn't they just ask me for the original and I provide them with that? Now I need to start from scratch and receive ITA again ....

Look up CSE on the forum here. I'm not sure if it works, but maybe you can ask them to reopen the application. If not, jump right back in the pool. You already made it this far.
