Yes, I have used it before for submitting Travel History forms.
For me the reply was valuable as it was confirmation that they have added documents to my file.
It depends on what your purpose is, do you want to submit any document or provide any additional information regarding your file to CIC?

In that case, Webform isn't useful.
To check the status, its best to call them and order GCMS concurrently.

I do understand and I wish this was not the case. But if you look at the trend, the processing time is getting longer and longer. Some dec guys have already passed 6 months .

I thought they only issue pprs for inland PNP on Tuesdays and Fridays....

For the past few weeks, this been the trend. It is usually on Mondays and Fridays. Last Friday was an exception.
