I received my GCMS notes today and following is my status:


Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed

I was asked for RCMP and I've submitted before 3 4 weeks. No updates after that and I can see that in GCMS notes. I think it's going to take long time to get ppr. Not hoping anything soon :( :( :(

Keep you hopes high. I think by the end of June, we should see some progress.
 
My Group # in GCMS is 1-BFGYEIK and Group Name is blank......anybody knows what it is or anybody has same group #????
 
I have been waiting for 218 days for PPR (October 12th AOR).

Matt what did CIC agents tell you about your case? As far as I know, your file was placed in a special group and probably that is why you are facing this delay.

What I get from this is probably your criminality will be finalized by this time and your 'security' begins. May 27th is too early to finalize Jan applications.

I agree with you, however it can be an internal due date assigned to respective officers to finish processing of the application.

I am eagerly waiting for updates from Dec. 2016 AOR applicants, good luck to all of us!

Correct, our files are passed through 3 major departments, the due date given is for one such department so that the files moves to the next stage.

Interesting. Your group # is different the first half December AOR applicants.

Group # (dates are based on speculation):
  • Dec 01 to Dec 15 AOR : 1-B9W9FPS.
  • Jan 15 to Jan 30 AOR: 1-BFGYEIK

Oh so January 15 to 30 are in 1 group??? I am January 21st Aor...
