Hi mate, you are not alone. It is my 80th day post AOR today as well. I am exactly on the same boat with you.
I got news from the other friends on this forum, who is PNP-I with Dec 12 AOR, got her first update, medical pass and bgc - IP 2 days ago.
I think we AOR Dec 13 guys could get our first update by end of this week.
I hope my information could relief you. Relax and waiting for good news!

Yes, you are right. I have similar situation with the original poster and I got my GCMS for my express entry profile , which is not my permanent residency application 2 days ago. That shows my application haven't been touched until Feb 28.

So if all of the other requirements (except for medicals and eligibility) say "not needed at this time" means they have worked on the profile?

AFAIK, If additional docs is 'not needed' then it means an agent has started the completeness check.

My understanding is these are the steps:

1) Agent opens your application
2) Checks medical, selects 'Passed' if all good
3) Does the completeness check, requests additional doc if required
4) Eligibility
5) Background
6) PPR

What does it mean? I applied on October 20, 2016 under PNP inland
How long I have to wait from now?

Medical Passed
Background check In Progress
Happiest day after AOR. Hope mid Dec AOR guys all get update soon!!!

Is it your background check in progress first time or second time? Second time may means you could expect ppr at any time

Unfortunately I don't know this is my first time or second time as I have applied through consultant. My question is if it is second time then still review of eligibility shows in progress...

No worries man, eligibility will stay in progress until you case are approved
