Well seems like thats the new trend o probably new stage on the application. A lot of applicants received BVL pending final decision. Though there are SDS that got BVL/PPR same day and these are straight forward applications, meaning they are residing in home country and no additional complications like relatives in Canada, pass rejections, no education gap etc.
Even my application is much simpler...no gap or any backlogs with acads.... But i called ircc and asked about my eligibility they told me that i passed the eligibility...does that guarantee ppr?
