I did my undergrad from Canada and my degree is all in latin. I'm still trying to figure out whether or not I need to get this translated to english. I plan on attaching my transcripts in english either way. Has anyone had their application processed and dealt with the same issue?

which school did you graduate from?
Haven't seen a certificate that is all in Latin before.
I'd say maybe get a letter stating your graduation info and transcript from the school will definitely help.
You can get it translated to be on the safe side as well.

I graduated from McGill. I plan on getting it translated to be on the safe side. Will delay the process another few days but it would be worse to get rejected over this. The fact of the matter is that they've explicitly said that any document not in english or french needs to be translated and this is all in latin.
