Sure, I submitted my application on January 22, 2015 and received my visa on feb 19, 2015,

Yes, Im a nurse here in philippines so its so much related to my choosen course in BVC but im planning to shift a course in nursing. How about you? Just make a strong SOP if your past course/employment are not related to disability. make an example in your sop like you have a sistrer or niece who is disabled

Yeah i think i will change for now the course of study to EARLY LEARNING AND CHILD CARE, which is directly related to my previous college certificate.
I hold TEACHERS CERTIFICATE A. And i have been in the service of teaching before.
With that said, after getting the visa i will change the course back to DISABILITY STUDIES. What do you think.

could you please tell me the reason as to why you still want to pursue disability studies? you can shift to any course as long as you already got your student visa. For now you just need to choose a course that is related to your past education, since you have a teaching experience you can choose childhood care for now. Im a pediatric nurse here and I choose disability rather than child care heheh but I made a strong sop that's why they approved my application

Yeah actually im going to call the college and make the changes for them to issue me LOA for early learning and child care program. Was just going through the college website and came to realize that both courses have the same entry requirements.
Actually i like the disability program, because if one day i will need to apply for PR in canada, it will be easy for me to get a JOB OFFER,since i know somebody who owns and runs a business in this field.
Are you taking a certifcate or diploma program? Do you intend to stay in canada oneday?
I have a visitors visa for canada and it expires till 2018, and i also get a visa for the USA.

Oh really? that's cool! Yes, my full intention is to be a PR someday. Me and my partner are going to apply for a common law sponsorship since I will be staying to them as soon as I land in Canada this June. I will be taking the diploma program which is the 2-year course how about you? I will also try to apply for a visa in US but I dont know how to start it and I dont what are the requirements for visitors visa

Yeah thats great,i will be taking the diploma program too,its very good to take the disability studies if you really have the intention of
PR oneday as there are not enough competions in this field and above all in ALBERTA.
Since you have the Canadian visa, i dont see it difficult in getting the USA visa, probably you can wait a little bit then you try it out.
One more thing i wanna know, what are the documents you presented to the embassy for your visa, and how much have you paid already
in regards to the tuition fee.
How much was stated in your LOA as the tuition fee for the whole program. thanks

yes. people with disability studies degree is very are in Canada. I think we can work as social worker after our study. I paid 1500 for the LOA and the whole tution fee indicated in my LOA is $26,300+ I dont know the exact amount coz I'm not at home to check the LOA. the tution fee is approximately $6,000+ CAD. I passed all necessary documents like SOP, proof of fund like bank statement and bank certificate of mu Dad, affidavit of support from sponsor, letter of accomodation, properties/asset,certificate of employment both you and your sponsor, etc. I think you really need to make a SOP that will convince the VO that you will leave canada and you will temporary visit Canada just to study nothing more. Also submit any documents that can prove that you have a strong tie in mexico
