Am a first year student in my home country.. i got an acceptance letter form a canada college...i mentioned that i am a first year student in my country on the letter ofexplanation of cic ...will that be a problem??? Please answer me

Your question doesn't make sense. It sounds like you described your status truthfully (i.e. you are a first year student).

Thank you for the replay...the thing is does it have a problem that i already started undergraduate class in my country .?..plus am 1st year engineering student and i got accepted in canada college in health course...will that be a problem?

There is no legit reason to worry about this matter. What you informed them is based on fact. and there are many instances where students change their major.

I am still not sure why would you die in this situation?

thanks... :) i got stressed when i read some posts on google saying its better to say 1 year gap than saying am studying is that true?

That's lying / misrepresentation. You should never lie in an immigration application - this can result in a five year ban from Canada.

It could be a problem - you should explain why you are changing programs in your SOP.

But regardless, you have to be honest in your application.
