Anyone Who got Job from Job bank till now

IS there Anyone who has got a job from job bank. We all register in job bank and keep applying, i have applied more than 200 jobs but there is no response.IS there anyone outside Canada who has got LMIA so far through job bank.

Job Bank is really working?
