Anyone who applied for study permit in March/April/May?

Just for clarification here, have you gotten any response (approve/reject/or still waiting) if you submitted you application AFTER the 18 March border closure?

I applied on April, i've got a ghost update in late may.(Reviewing eligibility)

i submit 17 march , delhi vac, passport return due to covid 19 and it says file under process and no update since

so, I guess it is safe to assume that no one (worldwide) has received their study permit if they submitted it after Mar 18, processing is postponed
