Anyone who applied for Ph.D., with a complete application, received Approval In Principle?

That seems to be unfair, you and @moha87a applied a long time ago, big-time waiting, not counting the admission process before the SP application. If we include that time, is almost a year of planning.
I hope you (us) receive the AIP in the next few days and be able to start the course this fall. I do not understand how they are processing the files. I hope the good news are coming soon.

This is life. Maybe it is not meant to be.
If it comes, I will be over the moon. If it didn't, I will keep trying.
Hopefully the upcoming days will bring good news to everyone.

Applied March 14, and they requested additional documents in June and nothing since then. I have submitted the requested documents within 5 days of the request, but still shows that “we need additional docs....).
I am starting online this September. I cannot defer as I already deferred last year.

I understand, seems like the files are not being processed or they are not updating the GCkey. My eligibility also is being processed since late June, is not normal taking so long to give a decision. I am starting online too, as I am already working on my Ph.D. project. Is far from the ideal, but is the possibility now. All the rest is out of our control, unfortunately.
As you said, let's hope for the best.
