I applied online (SDS) India on 6th Nov 2020 for Jan 2021 through agent. Medical upfront, but haven't recieved Biometric Instruction Letter yet any clue what is going on or by what time it will come. (Already paid Biometric fee with Visa fee)

Pretty strange, usually people receive it the very next day incase they make the biometric payment along with the application fee.
Applied on 16th nov with biometrics and upfront medical for jan 2021, no updates yet. College is on Covid readiness list.
