Wrong information,can't understand why they saying that..Its two months and after that you need to escalate the issue,you due to have done it on 20th of this month cause that was two months already..

I am also received a "decision made" letter and waiting for Scarborough to contact me. My Letter was dated October 16. I learned that Scarborough office is very busy.
