As long as the place is quarantine-able, you will not have any issues. The other issue is, not all Airbnb owners accepting quarantine bookings. So you will have to communicate that clearly to Airbnb owner and make sure that they agree to it. You make sure that you have independent place to live and has non-shared access to washroom AND kitchen. You will also have to have access to a Canadian number (preferably) which you can use in ArriveCan because CBSA will call you later on that number. You might be able to use international number (or virtual) as long as you pick up and communicate that you are in Quarantine and following rules.
