anyone sent full docs to chc nd in july-2010

Is there any one who sent the full docs to chc new delhi in july-2010 apart from me??.Earlier I started a post of full docs in july-2010 but noone replied to it .Think there r not many applicants in this month.

I have sent complete Docs to CHC Delhi on First of July but not received my 2nd AOR, Is there any other applicant who have not recd 2nd AOR.please share with me I am a bit worried , why is this delay.

generallly the aor comes in 15-20 days by post (incase of CHC ND) .U can email the chc about ur query they will be replying positively.

I have got the second AOR by Email today but my Ecas status is showing "Visa office eligibility review complete"and has not changed since 10 Aug 2010, what does it mean ? Please anybody help me. If Ecas status doesn't change then what does it mean ?
