i received study permit approval mail just hour ago. Don't know is it my visa document or not?

Congratulations and yes, that is your VISA Document. Print a copy of it and take it with your passport. The TRV will be stuck to your paspport. At the port of entry, give them both and you'll get your study permit.

I applied online on 9th January

Medical Status is PASSED today.

I received a call from embassy that I could not pick up. I dont know what to do now.

January 9 and you've just got your medicals passed ? How did you know the call was from the EMbassy ? Where did you apply from ?

Yes it took that long.

I applied from Lahore. CHC Islamabad.

Online application.

and the number was 0512086

This number is written in this forum to be from embassy.
