It shouldn't affect us for full submission applicants . But the question is why are they actually taking so long to issue a PPR it's been two weeks and next dli will get updated today late night. At least issuing PPR for applicants having DLI on the list .. needs to be processed soon... Other countries are getting PPR why not India then

I don’t know but somebody said if you got a ghost update, it means they have opened up your file. Lol
 
It is indeed very strange that they have not begun issuing PPRs to full study permit applications. Do you think they are prioritizing family/ spouse visas first? It makes no sense that it has been more than 2 weeks and no movement on PPRs
