She applied from Canada.

Hello,
I applied for my FBI on the 5th of April, they take 4 weeks from the time that they receive your fingerprints and other forms.
I was just informed today that they will be mailing me my results (FBI clearance) tomorrow by special post.
So, I should be getting it by the end of this week.
I applied from Canada and online.

Did u add any timeline date on cover letter or any request for fast processing ??
I ask this cause I heard that if u mention a dead timeline for it , they sometime speed up the process

Juan,
They don't consider anything.

They go by the book, they don't even entertain any phone inquiries within the first 4 weeks. They ask you directly to only call up once the first 4 weeks have passed.

So, I am not aware of any speedy process of getting your FBI. It took me 4 plus weeks.

I see, well if we have to wait we wait then ..I just than in my case everything is done AOR medical passed elegibility passed and recently they requested me for RPRF and bio data form ...
But they requested me fbi

Congratulations man, happy for you. As far as the FBI is concerned, there is nothing much that can be done but wait it out.

it took me 5 weeks and costed $55/- ( finger prints) + $36 . My company paid. it was required for my security clearance ( Reliability Status)

I got a second one in February, as my first one expired on March 27 and I wanted to have one available in case I needed it.

It took about four weeks, and CIC never asked for a new one afterall.

I just called them (FBI) yesterday ..they said 6 weeks ..it is true ??
Or they always say that?? Cause I been seen a lot of comments that say 3 to 4 weeks..!!
