Anyone paid tuition fee upfront and didn't get study permit?

The title says it all. Do tell me have you heard of someone who paid tuition fee and got his permit refused? And does applying for jan intake increase your chances?

Yes of course - many people have paid tuition up front and have still been refused. Happens all of the time.

Applying for the January intake is no different than applying for any other intake - same chances. It's not about the intake - it's about the strength of your application.
