logged in around 8:15 just to check if its working already, and saw the redirection 15 mins remaining, waited for it, then thats it. now on the waiting list, on my 6488 que, but i patiently wait for my turn, never opened tabs, only single tab, used google chrome, PHILIPPINES based.

Hello, one question, my girlfriend was on que number 6700 and then submited the applicatiuon but dossent let her pay, she just recive a mail that she has a meesage but dont let her pay, you have something similar?

Yes, I have made it, my brother in law helped with his statistics (he is genius!!! he is doing his BE), I was in queue with 7600, he gave continuous update on how many might have submitted vs. what is my documents probability of getting into 5000 pool.

hope others might have observed that every refresh is reducing count of 30 members, his thought was that each person might have logged in from more than one system...... so onnnnnn....... So with his ability to crack it, I was able to submit successfully with in my document ID 4XXX (4000+) and made the payment after 3 attempts.

yes, got mine like that too. when i click "pay online" it says there, service unavailable yet, so i think we still got 30 days to pay it, thats okay, at least she submitted it already congratulations too!
