Quick question ...what is ccp-ottawa busnesess ??????
Is Monday to friday ???? Like regular goverment office?????

They surely work from Monday to Friday but there have been a lot of instances where applicants have received email communication during late nights or on weekend. So, I dont think there is a straight forward answer to your question.

But let us know if something is worrying you so much and we can try to help.

Thank u very much for the info .. I am just waiting for ppr after several months I submitted medicals and new ppc ..I am nervous cause my medicals are almost expired (may 5th) so I want to see the famous email requesting passport ...but like everyone I have to wait

You are very close to the finishing line. Hold your nerves. Hope the best for you :)

A good learning for others who are wanting to go for upfront medicals. It can really get tight towards the end.

Yea I know almost there but ufffff is really hard to wait more than 13 months (almost 15 months )
In my cases I had to leave Canada last Octubre nowi am in my home country (Mexico) waiting for
PR and come back to Canada for good !!!!!!!!!

I didn't go for medicals upfront ....
I applied on january 30th 2012
And they sent me AOR and medical requested on April
My medicals were update in ecas till may 5th
Almost a year ago

I was just trying to take a learning from this situation to highlight a risk of upfront medicals.

Usually how take after they request new ppc to received PPR??

Since your medicals is going to expire in 2 weeks, I can only hope that you receive your PPR with in this 2 weeks or you may be asked to go for medicals again...Really not sure buddy but I wish good luck to you...
 
You right my friend is really tight ...
I don't want to send an email about my medical
Due date ..cause is still two weeks left and anything can happen I hope ppr come soon .
I Thought after submit ppc again ppr will come in days but it happened almost two months ago and nothing !!!!!!!!!!
 
There are provisions for the CIC to extend the validity of the medicals, if all other criteria are met - see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob423.asp

Hopefully your criminality/background check clears soon, as this is probably what has delayed your application.

Agree with you is probably the criminal/security check what is delaying my process, that's why they requested new police certificates but I already sent them ..I really don't know why is taking so long ...and the worse part is that my status in e-cas never change " we received your application for permanent resident on january 30th 2012 medical results have been received "
It been like that for 10 months !!!!!!!
 
Last january 15th I received the caips notes ...
Elegibility not started due date 4/4/2013
Security not started due date 4/4/2013
Medical passed
Criminality in process due date 4/4/2013
This info is 3 months old before they request new ppc
I hope they moved my file on 4/4/2013 for last review
(They received my new ppc 3/4/2013)
Actually I am waiting for new set of caips notes must be here in 2 weeks....
I hope god help with this !!!!!!!!
