Anyone knows about Oasis Construction Company and Apex Global Jobs

I received a job offer from company named Oasis construction company. They contacted me through recruiting agency named Apex Global Jobs.

They sent me email telling i am selected from a job in Oasis construction company and they requested my documents. I shared the documents and 2 days later they shared online interview which i filled in. 4 days later they sent me job offer in the named company including flights / accommodation / transportation and they requested me to pay 680 USD for work permit.

I am almost sure that there is something fishy , however i want to make sure of that.

No one will ask you to send your documents before an interview and issuing you a formal offer.

No company will ever ask you to pay them when you're supposed to work for them later on.

It's too obvious it's a scam.
