Anyone know who is handling the Manila VO spreadsheet?

hi guys,
I tried accessing the Manila VO spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtCLbbZupkY_dHJRT2R1alhXS2xaUzFTcHZsTUhVbHc#gid=0 but could not access it.

I figuredd there might be someone who was working on the spreadsheet as of the moment? I was just wondering if this spreadsheet is still active or if we have a new one?
