Anyone know the cut off time for being in the draw?

I completed my profile today (10 Jan) around 08:38 UTC. The 10th January draw came out around 12:15 UTC, so am I qualified for this draw or not?

Anyone knows? Can't seem to find this on the CIC website..

The answer to that depends on whether you received an invitation email or not.

There's nothing mentioned of that sort except maybe this:

A message in my account says my profile was updated. I didn’t update it today (or don’t see an update). What happened?

It may take up to 24 hours for the system to send a message saying that your profile has been updated.
For example, if you made a change on Monday, you may only receive a message from your account on Tuesday.

Update us if you did. If not just wait for next time.

Its 19:21 UTC now, and I haven't got any ITA yet. Guess I need to wait till tomorrow to see I have been in this draw then.
