Anyone know a FBI PCC Channeler for Non U.S. Citizens?

Hi Guys,

I applied for FBI PCC through mail and it is taking a really long time. I read somewhere that some people have used a channeler. Usually only a U.S. Citizen or a GC holder can use a channeler, but if anyone know a channeler that will process the FBI PCC application for a non U.S. Citizen can you please share their details. Appreciate your help.

It is clearly stated on FBI's website that only US citizens or green card holders can apply through a FBI-approved channeler... so I guess the only way is to wait...sorry
