Anyone is waiting for his / her passport?

Actually I have applied for study permit online on 12th may from Pakistan karachi and I have got medical and passport request on 13th August .Moreover, I have done with my medical on 18th August and my medical status has changed to passed on 26th August. However, I have submitted my passport on 19th August and since then I didn't got any update.
Anyone is facing the same issue?

Yup I emailed them several time but also got the same reply from embassy that my application is under process and thanks for your patience.
