No. All visa details section shows not available yet.

It’s actually for my parents’ visa who are nearly 70, they have no gov or military or any special working experience. They have retired for more than 10 years…

I had applied in the last week of May 2023 for travel in August 2023. There is no update on the tracker for more than 1 month. Eligibility and Background still in progress

I did an application in may 2022, the tracker was updated with the visa number about two days ago. all is not lost in your case

I can't say yes to that, but I mean it can take about two or more years for them to review an application. There are no metrics on how they process an application - while some takes days, others take years!
