ANYONE HERE HAD DECISION MADE THIS JANUARY 2015

I sponsored my wife on 27 may 2014 the file was sent to new delhi office on25 aug 2014.since then i have not heard anything from delhi office
Could anyone suggest me what going on....are they taking long time to make decision.is there any one on same boat

I got status changed to decision made in late January but I haven't heard any update yet.

Is there any phone number I should call to find out about this?

1. The posted processing time for ND is 16 months for 80% of spousal applications. So you are well within the processing time. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp#asia
