Anyone here going for Master's with 55% or second division???

was wondering about the same question, can you get admission for an engineering masters program if your GPA is lower than the minimum requirements for most universities (say C+), given that you meet the language requirements and you're alrdy in canada as a spouse on a temporary visa,
Well guys in Concordia Language is not required if your last education is from English language Institutes (Medium of Instruction English).
But my problem is minimum GPA most of Canadian schools are asking GPA requirement 3 which equivalent to 60/100 (60% in Asia).
Only MUN i found is providing admission with 55% but I am more interested in Ontario or Quebec province.
Concordia I have chosen random & I am strongly willing to get admit here in any Master's level program due to some family constraints.
