Anyone having their passport dispatched today on 28/07/14

I applied on 10th of july at vfs new delhi under spp......
I have got admission in NLC for PG diploma in Business Management and my passport got dispatched today, but without any mail or confirmation. So, does this directly mean rejection or what?

I applied on 25 jun under spp
 
NO it isnt holiday in Canada Offices , So we cant expect our passport tomorrow
