Anyone have experience with New Facilitated LMO Assessment Process?

Anyone apply for 1 of these yet in Quebec?

If your NOC falls under a category that no longer requires advertising efforts, did you include advertising efforts anyway? What sort of things does the government look for then? If you don't need to advertise, how do they check wage rates? Are wage rates even important for the facilitated process?

So I assume, if a position falls within any of these NOC's, then that person qualifies for the facilitated process?

Has no one heard of this? It was implemented in Quebec around May I believe.

You do not need to include advertisement. yes, wage rate is important. Visit the HRDC website for the up-to-date wages related to the position being offered.

gotta love quebec. after the facilitated lmo was refused, there's an option for the employer to include additional proof to make your case stronger. a letter was written with a revised lmo application plus additional proof. the employer received a letter from MICC stating that they cannot accept what was given because it was written in ENGLISH. so word of advice, if this ever happens to you, send all your documents in french.

sent in all the documentation in french along with proof that the salary was fair. we'll see what happens. the facilitated process doesn't seem so facilitated to be honest.
