Anyone had expired IME number, and the physician assigned NEW UMI number

So Me and my wife got MR, we went to dr, after checking my wife IME, dr said it expired and that she will assign new UMI for my wife and she did, she said that we have to email CIC with this info, anyone with same situation, or heard of this before?

Nothing to worry brother. Just email Medical Completion form you got from Physician(which will have all your personal information along with application no, UCI#, and New IME#) to CPC-Ottawa and you should be ok.
