Could you please help me how can I focus on family tie?!My dear, please focus more on the refusal reasons and try to describe them more effectively in explanation and also add proofs for your explanation in the additional documents. Dont waste your time for waiting for notes as it takes so much time
For purpose of visit, i changed the college to university and received my LOA few days ago
Hi, did you get visa?Is there anyone who have been issue study permit for april/may 2020 intake.
I had applied study permit on 14 Dec-19 but it was refused on 2nd january.
Again reapplied on 7 january 2020 with additional proofs and documents.
When I first got refused I had received biomatric validity letter and Rejection letter on same date within few hours diffetence.
Since I have now apllied again and have received only biomatric validity letter on 16 january, No decision letter or anything.
Is there any connection between both letters? Or is there any positive sign??? Because previosly when my visa rejected I had received both letters on same day. But now have received only one letter of validity and nothing else.

Call to vfs and ask also you will get tracking IDI applied through paper on 28 Jan and havent received acknowledgement letter yet

They have a standard update that the application is under process
Vfs over call says the same thing what u see on website, nothing new

I linked my application online using family name, my status is medicals passed and they are reviewing my eligibility from last 3 weeks.

I wasnt given an option for university by my consultant
I hope that a decision arises in this month
They have my passport since jan end
My college starts from 6 april
Might be the process is taking more time for paper-based applicants. I know 2 of my friends who applied paper-based and did not get their visas.Non-sds category
