Applied on the same day like you (August 5).
In my country, i don't have to submit my biometrics or medical test, and still no reply.
Hopefully this week.
Goodluck, and please inform us if you get yours.

Applied on 5aug spp based offlyn.. Prosecced at new delhi... Passport has dispatched today... Finger crossed hope for postv rslt...
 
Then you will have to wait until passport reaches your hand.
Don't forget to chase embassy guys for letter of introduction if your visa is approved

Hi I got Visa on Sept 2nd 2016 email from canada visa office bangalore
applied July 29th VFS Hyderabad, SPP category.
IELTS 6.0 (L6.5, S5.5, R5.5, W5.5)
GIC Scotia bank.

Dont worry guys. Processing time is 30- 45 days sure..Bangalore office.
 
Hello Guys,

My visa rejected for the first time paper based(applied on June 16th and rejected on july 23rd). Therefore i reapplied paper based again on August 1st and still not yet known the status. Applied at Bangalore VFs. status shows as "being processed" does any one in the same situation. College meant to start on 6th Sep (today), but got an extension till 19 th Sep from college. I was wondering how much more time they would take it to process, i am already in 6th week of processing. Any idea/ suggestion or help on this would be highly appreciated.
