Yes, I raised a webform on 7th July and got a reply from them on 13th July that "my file is pending for officer's review ".
What does it mean by pending for officer's review? Does it mean that they have not reviewed my file yet?

One my friends applied at the same University with same profile after 4 days of my submission. He got PPR on 13th july.
Everyone is getting passport request. Two my acquaintances got passport request, one got after 29 days and another got after 34 days. Don't know what is wrong with my file.
