Anyone got PR with Arya Samaj temple marriage certificate??

You can apply using this certificate but its up to the Case officer to accept it or not.

Why take the risk ? you can get the registered marriage certificate from magistrates office within a week using the Arya Samaj certificate.

Even if you are not in India, you can get it done using wedding proofs like Invitations, wedding photos etc. from some relative in India.

Actually, we have marriage certificate but we have registered that marriage in our home town for the same day. And earlier I have submitted arya samaj mandir certificate while getting TRV
