How much did you pay for the service? (Please in PM) I'm thinking of doing the same, but looking for someone that knows all the caveats of the countries I lived in and my docs and also can do it fast and accurate.
no one can do it faster.
there are no short cuts.
focus on 'accurately' providing what is asked (not what you think they asked), and let the process take it's time.
trying to get ahead of the system will only result in mistakes, delays and even in certain situations rejection for interfering.

All the best

8. My father's name is mentioned in my Bachelor's degree and transcript but with a different spelling. My highest degree is Masters though, do you think this is still important? If I add this to other names, don't you think this will complicate it? There's always the line between complicating and simplifying I'm worried about.

9. Maybe in LOE I say that contract was signed in December 2016 but I actually went to work after New Year holiday in January 2017?

11. In one of my reference letters, salary is not mentioned. But I attach the most recent payslips with the reference letter. Will this suffice?

My first application was cancelled as incomplete because it was missing a road certificate to accompany my Australian police check as I had lived in one of two states that don't provide road history to the national police check.

Long story short, I used a lawyer this time because I wanted absolutely every micro detail covered which is what you pay them for.

They used the same medical I used for my first application and it is passed in my current application. AOR 12 Feb.

8. If your name includes your father's name in any document you will be submitting to CIC, then not mentioning it in 'other names' will be "complicating" it. All you need to do is mention this name (as mentioned in your Bachelor's degree & WES, not transcript) in a Legal Name change document and explain in the Letter of Explanation why you did so. Not doing so could have undesirable consequences. It's up to you to decide and do accordingly.

9. This will be "complicating". "Simplifying" will be to use what CIC will look at: The dates mentioned in your Reference/Experience letter. Ensure the date in this document by your employer matches what you think is right, but finally what is mentioned in this document is what you need to go with.

11. If you can get the salary included in the Reference letter, then that will be "simplifying". Else you can choose the "complicated" option of trying to explain with other documents.

Will PM. It cost considerably less because I had all of my documents already.

what service ? i did everything myself (except ECA, IELTS, PCC & Medical :p)
I had all my documents aswell. Lawyers don't always hold your hand from start to finish. If you understand what you need, some will take you on mid process and act as a thorough vetting / quality assurance service and lodge on your behalf.

12. I have a bank letter from May 2018. They rebranded to a different name and logo as of June 1st. If you visit their website, it redirects to the new website. Can I still use this letter?

13. Is Country of Residence, the country from which I have residency or the country that I reside currently? What should I do if I changed my current country and decided to reside somewhere else after ITA and before AOR ?
