Anyone got extra Mon Projet account that don't need?

Hello,

I was shocked about my application was returned in July 2015 after calling the ministry.
unfortunately I wasn't able to create an account because the deadline was passed for registering an account in the system.

I may think somebody have an extra account that he doesn't need it.

You might get lucky but I doubt anyone will have as unactivated ones got deleted.

The registration was open from January 5th to January 25th...how on earth did you manage to miss that 20 day window!?

OP has clearly mentioned why s/he did not create an account. Probably got a rejection recently for the previous pending file.

There's nothing clear about it which is why I asked.

If the previous file was returned to them in July 2015, why would that stop them creating an account in January 2016? Even if the OP means the file was submitted in July 2015, why would they wait until now to contact the ministry? They should have received a confirmation of acceptance of the application long before now.

I thought my file was accepted and didnt know it would take 9 months, I called them in 2nd february because I knew they only take 8 months at max.

my application was returned because there was not a program opened in that month.

and I lost all my papers because they returned it with regular mail without tracking, and my country post office cant help me without a tracking number.
