Anyone got Employer ADR??? ....... 2022 applicant

Today my employer got employer ADR from IRCC .they asked for 1) NOA for last 2 years and 2)explaination why you need caregiver? And 3) birth certificates of three kids . My employer income is125k in 2021 and 70k 2022 .i am single applicant.how can he proceed???

Proceeds by providing the documents, and answering the questions. You being single is not relevant.

Of course. Income is too low if a family of 5 to support a full-time caregiver. LICO for a family of 5 is $57k and only making $70k. Cannot afford to pay $35k or so for full time caregiver. How old are the children?

What is the income requirements?

There are no minimum income requirements mentioned under these programs however IRCC is considering the LICO and the amount of wage the employer can pay as per the Employer and Employee family composition. Most of the HCCP/HSWP Employers have 90K CAD and more.

It also depends in which city the Employer lives as the LICO is different for each city.
