i got rejection. Please suggest what to do next

hello guys... i applied through spp process for canada. but visa got refused. got to know on 15th December 2016. many people suggested me that i should have attached the loan sanction letter from Bank and someone is saying different reason. please suggest me what should i do. should i reapply for Canada under non spp or should i opt for New Zealand for same course ?
