how much time university takes to issue offer letter to you guy's ? And what is your profile ? Please reply with percentage and backlogs

i had applied for fall 2014 around 1st week of dec ., all my docs reached in jan .., there on it takes approx 3-4 weeks for the department to give their reco ., and from their on 3-4 weeks for final approval from graduate dept .. i got into internetworking .., the time taken may change depending in which period you apply and departemnt ..
