Anyone going through the paris office?

Hello
As I see once your file was transferred to the Paris office about 2 months later an agent was working on your file as they requested documents and the second payment. I was told by CIC and other people that if you pay the full amount up front that this will shorten the waiting time by about 2 months. Our file was sent to the Paris Office February 17th/2011 and we have not received any new updates. Our on line status has always said the same that they received my husbands application on January 3rd (the day it went to mississauga) and also it says Medical Results Have Been Received. So on May 17th it will have been there for 3 months. I have sent an email to the Paris Office and I should here back from them within the next few days. They always take 10 days before responding. They need to really hire more people. This is common sense and it seems really unjust to put people's lives on hold. I understand all to much how important it is to make sure they check everything, but the logic and reality we know is that it does not take 8 months or more to do these checks. CIC needs to hire more people so they can be more efficient and stop playing the waiting game for the true couples...life is too short. I will let you all know my status once the paris office e

Best thing is yo wait i never contacted cad embassy paris ... as u told up there that ypur file reached here in paris on 17th feb .... so its almost difference of 1month of our ... ilove to say you better wait week or two and honestly cad embassy paris reply very quick to email i dont know on which email adress you trying to communicate inbox me email adress which you have ... and in morning i will paste few things so do check where they says sending emails may slowdown your process ... well everyone knows life is too short and we have alot to do ... but we can do only that time when there is or there will be will of ALLAH SWT ..... so dont be disoppoint ask yoir husband to try to get visitors visa from paris embassy and to visit you .... this is what i did i aplied my visitors visa by telling my wife is over there and i want to go to see her and they asked lt of questions but they didnt found that i will stay over there ... if you have strong ties with cointry where you living i am preety sure they issue visa ..... i will be waiting for your time line to be shared with me and dont be sad just try to be happy

CHECK THIS CAD EMBASSY PARIS DEALING WITH ALL THESE COUNTRIES SO I THINK WE SHOULD GIVE TIME TO THEM TO REVIEW OUR APPLICATION AND THEN TO PUT IN TUBE FPR TO BE IN PROCESS ..... waoooooooo congratsss Atleast u got interview call how was it ? they never called me for interview i think because they already asked alot while i was there to ask visit visa so niw next step will be PPR and now they have done everything in your case this is what i think so if everything is done ... now you see some good results on your side and as i can see your time line almost YEAR 10 months waooo amazing love to say ALL THE BEST & conGratulations

Just wanted to let you know my husband received AOR from Paris today. It gave him a code number for checking his status. I was approved sponsorship Feb 17th/2012 and I was sent an AOR email from CIC with a code to check our status and our file went to Paris. A little over 2 months later my husband TODAY received an AOR emal for Paris with his code number for checking the status and they did not request any additional information. Has anyone else got this yet? or can anyone share what to expect next? Thanks

HAVE you checked your status ? with your uci number ?........
when you login with your ecas it comes decesion made & on other side what it is ?

Good news. I received the same message from Paris. Its an automated one. Nothing else new Hope the process is getting closer to the last step.

i got my ppr and there's option that u can go yourself to give passport so iam going to give passport on monday and probabky will get in week or two

We are going through the Paris Office as well.
Mississauga received our application on February 28th.
I received sponsorship approval on June 8.
My husband received his AOR on June 28.
Ecase is showing that my sponsorship application: Decision Made; My husbands application for permanent residence is showing: application received & Medicals received.

Wishing to follow similar story and help each other out through this difficult and trying time in our lives. All the best to everyone. A new future will begin soon - inshallah!!
