hello . I have got offer letter for t.r.u jan intake. although i submitted all the docs and ielts certificate notarised copy.. they still sent me conditional letter. i have been told by my consultant that they send only conditional offer letter in all cases . and unconditional letter issued only after payment of first sem fees. i have to pay from own funds for first semester because banks not willing to give loan on conditional letter. did you also get conditional offer letter at first when you initially applied..? please help

What your consultant is saying, is absolutely nonsense ! I got unconditional letter without shelling out even a single penny.

I too got conditional acceptance letter to TRU (condition was payment of first semester tuition fees). Some schools requires first semester payment, others dont.

thanks for reply ;D enfield , shekool and sweethina.. i had called university myself and they said they issue loa after fees . so shekool and sweet it depends on university to university. In my case unconditional letter issued only after the first sem fees deposit. :

Probably because a number of students have applied, paid only a deposit, got their visa and never showed up at the school. So the school wants it money up front. Its like buying a car, the dealer insists on a down payment before he lets you drive the car off the lot and home.

i have wired the fees and they confirmed the receipt and said via mail that they will send me loa in four days..but its been more than 8 days ..and they dont even reply mails.. i didnt knew canada is also having late procedures ..
