Is there anyone in this forum, taking this route going back to school again after the expiration of work permit status.

Is it possible to do that and what are the college you can opt for in GTA with less tuition, please advice.

It can be done, you can go back to study permit. DM for more information.

unfortunately you are still probably going to be regarded as liable for international student fees though
