HEY, am also preparing my application for Carleton for the winter entry in M.Eng program too. I have recently gotten my bachelor in Ukraine. since your application has been successful could you please help me with some hints on how you proceeded with your applications? What should I emphasis more in my statement of purpose? Also I don't yet have my English scores but I am writing my Ielts at the end of the month. Do you think its a good idea if I submitted everything and wrote to the department notifying that my English scores would follow soon?
