Hello Guys, i have applied for visa through VFS Ahmedabad, file processing at Bangalore. Applied on 16th March, still shows processing.

Who else's application is pending from around this date? Getting a bit nervous.....
 
I also applied on 5th march from abu dhabi still status is open not in process yet :'( no updates yet...can anyone knows wn our processing times start? When they recieved our application or when the process start?
 
i applied on31 march and got mail on 2 april that medical passed but not asked to submit the passport yet. what does that means .. i applied on9 in general. for may intake

No updates yet. 15 working days have passed.

@Rabs84: Mine has been "processing" since day 1. Get in touch with them through phone, they wont tell you much but at least will be able to explain what "Open" means.
 
My file status is showing that you file is being processed at VO chandigarh.

Nai yar they never tell abt application status n all....every country hv different requirments n different processing times...i applied from abu dhabi,aftr few days of submitting application i called vfs to know abt my status they said email ti cic we dont know anything regarding ur application...and wn i called to canada embassy in abu dhabi operator attened my call n transfer on recording...kuch nhi btate question sunte he computer bolne lg jata hai...cic sucks

ppl whose files were processed in NEW DELHI... how much working days did they take to make the decision?
 
@Shubzy: apparently the Delhi office is faster than Bangalore. One of my friends had applied on 9th March, got visa on 26th March, whereas mine went to Bangalore on 16th and am still awaiting any updates. ???
