I submitted my file on 12th Nov. and visa issued to me on 25th Nov. Medicals done in advance.
One of my friend submitted his file with me and got his visa issued same day as mine.
Another of my friend submitted his file on 16th Nov. and got his visa issued on 7th Dec.yesterday.
So...... I think you are close in getting your visa, as your file is submitted on 18th Nov.

i filed my app on 22 nov and on 23rd it reached DELHI embassy. its still processing.....& i still didnt get my medical letter. i was really tensed bcause they ll take another 15 days after medicals..no time man.

I don't know about CHC Delhi but the CGC in Chandigarh are quick in granting visas this session. Guess what, one more friend got his visa today in about 15 days. He is going for MBA (non-business background) at Vancouver.

i did my medicals before hand......my status is still under processing..m really worried too..but my agent said its rush time for visas so CHC Chandigarh is taking around 4 weeks these days....lets see what happens..
