Anyone from New Delhi Immigration

Hi,
I am living in Canada as a permanent resident since June 2012 and i got married by May 29,2015 . I have applied for Spouse Sponsorship, she lives in India and the file has been received by August 20, 2016 and they started processing by September 30,2016. I received the Eligibility letter by October 20,2016 which states for the submission of the Medical Examinations too. But Now i am not getting any updates regarding the file its just showing IN PROCESS and as per the processing times it is showing as 17 months. In the meantime my wife wants to stay with me, I dont know whether is it right to bring her on a tourist visa and make her to stay until her processing is done. I am not sure about the procedure if anyone knows please help me .

i have a same time line... they have already asked for Landing fee and pcc. it says processing started on 30Auguest2015

You guys you are Special.I am very curious to meet you!!how Me I am still in march 2016. but you were able to apply in August/2016?how do you do that?are you living in the future? I am a bit confused.because we still in the beginning of the year 2016.
