I am from Nepal as well. I have received Graduate Research Assistantship from University of Calgary, dept of Veterinary Medicine to start my MS and PHD from May 2013. I have applied for my visa along with my wife on feb 5, 2013. We both have received medical request and our medical has been submitted and we are waiting for the outcome with fingers crossed! Please share more abt yours, is anyone going to calgary?

Namaste friends, I visited Nepal twice . Treks, and fund raising and volunteering at an orphanage. Trying for 2nd time to bring a friend over on vacation asking for a TRV. Last year he did not well prepare his application and got refused. Hopefully this time will work. How did u who are in Canada already succeeded in coming here? What kind of visa? Was it hard for you to get it? Did u send your request thru VFS services or did u show up at the Delhi office in person? Do u have any advice to give ? Thanks.

I am in plan to apply Brock University. Anyone of you have any idea for this course and the university offering this course ?

I am from kathmandu, and lived in Vancouver for several months and now in Toronto..
we can be friends here since the population of nepalese in canada looks pretty low. I can't barely see any nepalese in the streets, or it's real hard to identify Nepali.
