Anyone from NDVO waiting for passport?

Hi All,

address appearing and disappearing has been going on for a while now with the same status msg DM and AR, without any clue if the application is rejected or in process. When you click on DM status it shows the same story:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

While reading couple of posts observed that there is an additional line for few members stating something like "Your application has been transferred to ND VO or some respective visa office with a date on it"

now my question is did this additional line appear for any of the applicants who applied to ND VO?
I am a pre-june applicant NOC 4131, appreciate if someone can throw some light on this status msgs

just want to provide my timeline, please see left side.

Any idea how much time it takes to comeback the passport from NDVO, the reason I am asking this question because I came back to India for only 3 weeks to complete my medical and passport submission.

I have valid work permit and visa. My current work visa will expire in the month of September 2012. I have also submitted my valid work visa, leave of absence letter from my employer with my passports.

Also can Immigration ask for any other documents after medical and passport request??

Please any comments or suggestions, I am really worried now????

You could do your medical test from contry of residence also!!!!!!!! why you came back to india for medicals??? dont submit your passport now, o.w. you can not return back,,, you go back and send your passport to NDVO by post...

Thank you for your reply.... but one quick question why I will not get my passport back from NDVO????????? According to Indian law I can not send my passport by post and also NDVO wants my Indian address to return our passports.

BTW I have already submitted my passports and medical
